Hey Dustin


I just heard this commercial about Dick De Vos. It said that he laid off people from his company Amway. Does he own like all the Amways ever, or just one in MI?

    So now I'm the resident savant on all things Republican? I don't have a problem with that. Nothing like shedding a little light on my Democratic friends.

    First of all, according to Dicks commercial, he did not lay anyone off, Ill let you choose who to believe.

    As for if Dick owns all the Amways ever, I would say yes. I think that his family and the Van Andels founded the company and have a world headquarters near Grand Rapids. I don't think that he personally is in charge of the company now, but I do think that he ran it for awhile.

    I was just wondering about the amway thing, I had no idea.

    As for govoner, I don't know enough about either of them to make an informed decision yet, but I am working on it.
